'Bring Judgment on' in the Bible

But on that nation whom your descendants will serve I will bring judgment, and afterward they will come out [of that land] with great possessions.

Joab replied, "May the Lord make his army a hundred times larger! My master, O king, do not all of them serve my master? Why does my master want to do this? Why bring judgment on Israel?"

On that day the Lord with His harsh, great, and strong sword, will bring judgment on Leviathan, the fleeing serpent—Leviathan, the twisting serpent. He will slay the monster that is in the sea.

So then, the one who resists the authority is opposing God’s command, and those who oppose it will bring judgment on themselves.

If anyone is hungry, he should eat at home, so that when you gather it may not bring judgment on you. And when I come I will give instructions concerning the other matters.
