'Lift Up Your Voice' in the Bible

Can you lift up your voice to the clouds, that abundance of waters may cover you?

Yea, if you cry after knowledge, and lift up your voice for understanding;

Lift up your voice, O daughter of Gallim: cause it to be heard unto Laishah, O poor Anathoth.

O Zion, that brings good tidings, get you up into the high mountain; O Jerusalem, that brings good tidings, lift up your voice with strength; lift it up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah, Behold your God!

Cry aloud, spare not, lift up your voice like a trumpet, and show my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins.
