'My Children' in the Bible

But the disciples were amazed at what he said. And Jesus said to them again, "My children, how hard it is to enter the Kingdom of God!

and he answers from inside, 'Do not bother me; the door is now fastened, and my children and I have gone to bed; I cannot get up and give you any.'

My children, I am to be with you only a little longer. You will look for me, but, as I said to the Jews, where I am going you cannot follow,

I know of no greater blessing than hearing that my children are being guided by the truth.
