Again, the Devil taketh him m an exceeding high mountain, and showeth him all the kingdoms of the world, and their glory;

that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through the prophet Isaiah, saying, "I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things hidden from the foundation [of the world]."

As therefore the tares are gathered up and burned with fire, so will it be at the end of the world.
