'Wise Men' in the Bible

Wise men, treasure up knowledge, but, the mouth of the foolish, is a terror near at hand.

Incline thine ear and hear the words of wise men, then, thy heart, wilt thou apply to my teaching;

Men given to mockery, inflame a city, - but, wise men, turn away anger.
