Leviticus 1:14-17 - From The Birds

¹⁴ And if the burnt sacrifice for his offering to Jehovah is out of fowls, then he shall bring his offering of turtle-doves or of young pigeons. ¹⁵ And the priest shall bring it to the altar, and wring off its head and burn it on the altar. And its blood shall be drained at the side of the altar. ¹⁶ And he shall pluck away its crop with its feathers, and throw it beside the altar on the east part, by the place of the ashes. ¹⁷ And he shall cut it in two with the wings of it, not dividing it. And the priest shall burn it on the altar, on the wood that is on the fire. It is a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor to Jehovah.
