Hebrews 1:1-4 - God's Full And Final Revelation In The Son
1 Long ago on many occasions and in many ways God spoke to our fathers through the prophets. 2 He has in these last days spoken to us by his Son, whom he has appointed heir of all things, through whom he made the ages (Greek: aion: ages of time, perpetuity, worlds, generations, human entities). 3 God's Son is the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his being. He sustains all things by his powerful word. After Jesus purged our sins, he sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high. 4 He has become better than the angels and has inherited a more excellent name than theirs.
