Philippians 2:12-18 - Holding Fast To The Word Of Life
12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always been obedient, not only during my presence with you, but now much more in my absence, with fear and trembling work out your own salvation. 13 For it is God who worketh effectually in you both to will and to perform of his good pleasure. 14 Do all things without murmurings or disputes: 15 that ye may be blameless and harmless, the children of God, inoffensive, in the midst of an untoward and perverse generation, among whom ye shine as luminaries in the world; 16 holding up the word of life, that I may glory in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, nor laboured in vain. 17 Yea, and should I become the victim, in the sacrifice and service of your faith, I joy, and rejoice with you all. 18 In like manner do ye also joy and rejoice with me.
