Genesis 39:19-23 - Joseph Put In Prison

¹⁹ And it happened when his master heard the words of his wife which she spoke to him, saying, Your servant did this to me, his wrath was kindled. ²⁰ And Joseph's master took him and put him in the prison, a place where the king's prisoners were bound. And he was there in the prison.

²¹ But Jehovah was with Joseph, and showed him mercy, and gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison. ²² And the keeper of the prison gave all the prisoners in the prison into Joseph's hand. And whatever they did there, he was the doer of it. ²³ The keeper of the prison did not look to anything under his hand, because Jehovah was with him; and whatever he did, Jehovah made it to prosper.
