Matthew 19:13-15 - Little Children Brought To Jesus

¹³ Then there were brought to him little children that he might lay his hands on them and pray; but the disciples rebuked them. ¹⁴ But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and do not hinder them from coming to me; for the kingdom of the heavens is of such: ¹⁵ and having laid his hands upon them, he departed thence.

¹³ And they brought little children to him that he might touch them. But the disciples rebuked those that brought them. ¹⁴ But Jesus seeing it, was indignant, and said to them, Suffer the little children to come to me; forbid them not; for of such is the kingdom of God. ¹⁵ Verily I say to you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, shall in no wise enter into it. ¹⁶ And having taken them in his arms, having laid his hands on them, he blessed them.

¹⁵ And they brought to him also infants that he might touch them, but the disciples when they saw it rebuked them. ¹⁶ But Jesus calling them to him said, Suffer little children to come to me, and do not forbid them, for of such is the kingdom of God. ¹⁷ Verily I say to you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.
