Acts 14:1-7 - Preaching In Iconium

1 And it came to pass in Iconium, that they went together into the synagogue of the Jews, and so spoke that a great multitude both of Jews and Greeks believed. 2 But the Jews that disbelieved stirred up and embittered the minds of the gentiles against the brethren. 3 They abode therefore a long time there, speaking boldly in reliance on the Lord, who gave testimony to the word of his grace, granting signs and wonders to be wrought by their a hands. 4 But the multitude of the city was divided; and some held with the Jews, and some with the apostles. 5 And when a movement was made both of the gentiles, and the Jews with their rulers, to abuse and stone them, 6 they became aware of it, and fled to the cities of Lycaonia, Lystra and Derbe, and the neighboring country; 7 and they were publishing the glad tidings there.
