1 Timothy 6:11-16 - Renewed Charge To Timothy

¹¹ But do you, O man of God, flee these things: but pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, mildness. ¹² Fight the good fight of the faith, lay hold on the eternal life, to which you were called, and confessed a good confession before many witnesses.

¹³ I charge you before God who preserves alive all things, and Christ Jesus Who before Pontius Pilate testified a good confession, ¹⁴ that you keep the commandment, unsullied, irreproachable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, ¹⁵ which in His own times the Happy and Only Potentate will show, the King of kings and Lord of lords, ¹⁶ Who only hath immortality, inhabiting light unapproachable, Whom no man ever saw or is able to see; to Whom be honor and dominion eternal. Amen.
