Genesis 25:1-18 - The Death And Descendants Of Abraham
1 Abraham took him another wife called Keturah, 2 which bare him Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak and Shuah. 3 And Jockshan begat Sheba and Dedan. And the sons of Dedan were Asshurim, Letushim and Leummim. 4 And the sons of Midian were Ephah, Epher, Hanoch, Abida and Eldaah. All these were the children of Keturah. 5 But Abraham gave all that he had unto Isaac. 6 And unto the sons of his concubines he gave gifts, and sent them away from Isaac his son - while he yet lived - eastward, unto the east country.
7 These are the days of the life of Abraham which he lived: a hundred and seventy five years 8 and then fell sick and died, in a lusty age - when he had lived enough - and was put unto his people. 9 And his sons Isaac and Ishmael buried him in the double cave in the field of Ephron, son of Zoar the Hittite before Mamre. 10 Which field Abraham bought of the sons of Heth: There was Abraham buried, and Sara his wife. 11 And after the death of Abraham, God blessed Isaac his son, which dwelt by the well of the living and seeing.
12 These are the generations of Ishmael, Abraham's son, which Hagar the Egyptian, Sara's handmaid, bare unto Abraham. 13 And these are the names of the sons of Ishmael, with their names in their kindreds. The eldest son of Ishmael, Nebaioth, then Kedar, Adbeel, Mibsam, 14 Mishma, Dumah, Massa, 15 Hadar, Tema, Jetur, Naphish and Kedemah. 16 These are the sons of Ishmael, and these are their names, in their towns and castles; twelve princes of nations. 17 And these are the years of the life of Ishmael: a hundred and thirty seven years, and then he fell sick and died, and was laid unto his people. 18 And he dwelt from Havilah unto Shur that is before Egypt, as men go toward the Assyrians. And he died in the presence of all his brethren.
