2 Chronicles 12:13-16 - The Death Of Rehoboam

¹³ And King Rehoboam strengthened himself at Jerusalem, and reigned. For Rehoboam was forty-one years old when he began to reign, and he reigned seventeen years in Jerusalem, the city which Jehovah had chosen out of all the tribes of Israel to put His name there. And his mother's name was Naamah the Ammonitess. ¹⁴ And he did the evil because he did not prepare his heart to seek Jehovah.

¹⁵ And the acts of Rehoboam, first and last, are they not written in the book of Shemaiah the prophet, and Iddo the seer concerning genealogies? And the wars of Rehoboam and Jeroboam lasted all their days. ¹⁶ And Rehoboam slept with his fathers, and was buried in the city of David. And his son Abijah reigned in his place.
