1 Corinthians 3:18-23 - The Folly Of Human Wisdom

¹⁸ Let no man deceive himself. If any man seem wise among you, let him be a fool in this world, that he may be wise. ¹⁹ For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, "He compasseth the wise in their craftiness." ²⁰ And again, "God knoweth the thoughts of the wise that they be vain." ²¹ Therefore let no man rejoice in men. For all things are yours, ²² whether it be Paul, either Apollos, either Cephas: whether it be the world, or life, either death, whether they be present things or things to come: all are yours, ²³ and ye are Christ's, and Christ is God's.
