Romans 8:12-17 - The Holy Spirit's Ministries
12 Then therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to depravity, to live according to depravity. 13 For if you live according to depravity, you are about to die: but if through the Spirit you kill the practices of the body, you shall live. 14 For so many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God. 15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again unto fear; but you received the Spirit of adoption, in which we cry; Father, Father. 16 The Spirit Himself witnesses along with our spirit, that we are the children of God. 17 And if children, indeed heirs; truly heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ; if we suffer together, in order that we may also be glorified together.
