Matthew 24:32-35 - The Parable Of The Fig Tree
32 And from the figtree learn its parable. When its branch hath now become tender, and putteth forth its leaves, ye know that summer is near. 33 So also, when ye see all these things, know ye that he is near, at the doors. 34 Truly do I say to you, This generation will not pass away, till all these things take place. 35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.
28 And from the figtree learn its parable. When its branch hath now become tender, and putteth forth its leaves, ye know that summer is near. 29 So also, when ye see these things coming to pass, know ye that he is near, at the doors. 30 Truly do I say to you, that this generation will not pass away, till all these things take place. 31 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.
29 And he spoke to them a parable: Behold the figtree and all the trees; 30 when they have already shot forth, ye see it, and know of yourselves that summer is now nigh at hand. 31 So also, when ye see these things coming to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand. 32 Truly do I say to you, that this generation will not pass away, till all shall have taken place. 33 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.
