Galatians 3:21-Galatians 4:7 - The Purpose Of The Law Of Moses

21 Is the law then contrary to the promises of God? not at all: for if a law had been given, which could have confered life, certainly righteousness would have been by the law. 22 But the scripture hath shut up all under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. 23 But before faith came, we were kept shut up under the law, till the faith appeared which was to be revealed. 24 So that the law was our guide to lead us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith. 25 But now faith is come we are no longer under a pedagogue. 26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ, have put on Christ: 28 and there is neither Jew nor Greek, those is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female; for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

1 Now as long as the heir is a child, he differeth nothing from a servant, though he is to be lord of all: 2 but is under guardians and managers till the time appointed by the father. 3 So we when we were children, were in servitude under the elements of the world: 4 but when the fulness of the time came, God sent forth his Son born of a woman made under the law, 5 that He might redeem those that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. 6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. 7 So that thou art no longer a servant, but a son; and if a son, an heir also of God through Christ.
