Genesis 2:1-3 - The Seventh Day, God Rests
1 Thus was heaven and earth finished with all their apparel: 2 and in the seventh day God ended his work which he had made and rested in the seventh day from all his works which he had made. 3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it; for in it he rested from all his works which he had created and made.
