Revelation 6:12-17 - The Sixth Seal

¹² And I saw, when He opened the sixth seal, and a great earthquake took place; and the sun became black as sack-cloth of hair, and the whole moon became as blood; ¹³ and the stars of the heaven fell to the earth, as a fig-tree casts her unripe figs, when shaken by a great wind; ¹⁴ And the heaven was removed, as a scroll rolled up; and every mountain and island were removed out of their places.

¹⁵ And the kings of the earth, and the magnates, and the commanders of thousands, and the rich, and the strong, and every bondman and freeman, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains; ¹⁶ and they say to the mountains and to the rocks, "Fall on us, and hide us from the face of Him Who is sitting on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb; ¹⁷ because the great day of their wrath came, and who is able to stand?"
