Revelation 6:5-6 - The Third Seal
5 When he opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature saying, "Come." And I saw, and behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a balance in his hand. 6 I heard something like a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, "A choenix of wheat for a denarius, and three choenixes of barley for a denarius. Do not damage the oil and the wine."
