mount of breaches, only in Isa 28:21. It is the same as BAAL-PERAZIM (q.v.), where David gained a victory over the Philistines (2Sa 5:20).
And David came to Baal-perazim, and David smote them there. And he said, LORD has broken my enemies before me, like the breach of waters. Therefore he called the name of that place Baal-perazim.
For LORD will rise up as in mount Perazim. He will be angry as in the valley of Gibeon, that he may do his work, his strange work, and bring to pass his act, his strange act.
