Abraham begat Isaac, and Isaac begat Jacob, and Jacob, begat Judah and his brethren;

And Judah begat Perez and Zarah of Tamah, and Perez begat Hezron, and Hezron begat Ram;

And, thou, Bethlehem, land of Judah, by no means least, art thou, among the governors of Judah, - For, out of thee, shall one come forth to govern, Who shall shepherd my people Israel.

Then, Judas who had delivered him up, seeing that he was condemned, being smitten with remorse, returned the thirty pieces of silver unto the High-priests and Elders,
