but ye are come unto mount Sion, and to the city of the living God, to the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels,

Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, "Behold, I lay in Sion a cornerstone, elect, precious, and the believer on him shall never be confounded."

"Fear not, daughter of Sion: behold, thy King cometh, sitting on the foal of an ass."

And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, "The Deliverer shall go forth out of Sion, and shalt turn away ungodliness from Jacob;

"Tell the daughter of Sion, Lo! thy King cometh to thee, meek, and sitting on an ass, even on a foal the ass's colt."
