If anyone destroys God’s sanctuary, God will destroy him; for God’s sanctuary is holy, and that is what you are.

He is ruined, this weak man, ruined by your 'enlightened mind,' this brother for whose sake Christ died!

But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction.

and in no way terrorized by its enemies. For you fearlessness is a clear indication of coming ruin for them, but of salvation for you at the hands of God.

No one pours fresh wine into old wineskins; otherwise the fresh wine will burst the wineskins, the wine will be spilt and the wineskins ruined.

Regarding your former way of life, you were taught to strip off your old nature, which is being ruined by its deceptive desires,

They must be silenced, because they are the kind of people who ruin whole families by teaching what they should not teach in order to make money in a shameful way.

He knew what they were thinking about, so he said to them, "Any realm divided against itself comes to ruin, house after house falls down;

And no one pours new wine into old wineskins. If he does, the wine will make the skins burst, and both the wine and the skins will be ruined. Instead, new wine is poured into fresh wineskins."

The Message of the Cross is indeed mere folly to those who are in the path to Ruin, but to us who are in the path of Salvation it is the very power of God.

For we are the fragrance of Christ ascending to God--both among those who are in the path of Salvation and among those who are in the path to Ruin.

And, even if the Good News that we bring is veiled, it is veiled only in the case of those who are on the path to Ruin--

By their artful discourses they will make you the tools of their avarice; but their condemnation has been a long time advancing, and their ruin is far from lingring.

that the retrieving of a sinner from his erroneous habits, is saving a soul from ruin, and cancels a multitude of sins.

But upon their opposing him with abusive language, he shook his clothes by way of protest, and said to them, "Your ruin will be upon your own heads. I am not responsible: in future I will go among the Gentiles."

But those people! ??like irrational animals, creatures of mere instinct, born for capture and corruption, they scoff at what they are ignorant of; and like animals they will suffer corruption and ruin,

Alas for them! They walk in the steps of Cain; led astray by Balaam's love of gain, they plunge into sin, and meet their ruin through rebellion like that of Korah.

And do not get drunk on wine, which results in ruined lives, but be filled with the Holy Spirit.
