As they were coming down from the mountain, he commanded them that they should tell no one what things they had seen, until after the Son of Man had risen from the dead.

After screaming out and throwing him into a terrible convulsion, it came out. The boy looked so much like a corpse [so still and pale] that many [of the spectators] said, “He is dead!”

Jesus and his disciples, after leaving that place, passed through Galilee; but he was unwilling that any one should know it,

And they came to Capernaum. And [after he] was in the house, he asked them, "What were you discussing on the way?"

And having taken a child, he set it in the midst of them. And after embracing it, he said to them,

But Jesus said, Forbid him not; for there is no one who shall do a miracle in my name, and be able soon after to speak ill of me;

And they were on the way, going up to Jerusalem; and Jesus was going before them: and they were full of wonder; but those who came after him were in fear. And again he took the twelve, and gave them word of the things which were to come on him,

and they shall mock him, and shall spit upon him, and shall scourge him, and shall kill him; and after three days he shall rise again.

And Jesus said to him, Go on your way; your faith has made you well. And straight away he was able to see, and went after him in the way.

and says to them, Go ye into the village opposite you, and straightaway as ye enter into it, ye will find a colt tied, on which none of men have ever sat. After untying it, bring it.

And those who went in front, and those who came after, were crying, Glory: A blessing on him who comes in the name of the Lord:

And he went into Jerusalem to the temple, and [after] looking around at everything, [because] the hour was already late, he went out to Bethany with the twelve.

After seeing in the distance a fig tree with leaves, He went to find out if there was anything on it. When He came to it, He found nothing but leaves, because it was not the season for figs.

Then he said to it, "May no one ever eat fruit from you after this!" The disciples heard him say it.

Presently they reached Jerusalem, and, after entering the Temple courts, Jesus began to drive out those who were buying and selling there, and to upset the tables of the money-changers, and the stalls of those who sold doves,

after this he sent another servant to them, him they assaulted with stones and cudgels, and sent him back with contempt.

Have you not even read this Scripture:

The stone which the builders regarded as unworthy and rejected,
This [very stone] has become the chief Cornerstone

After this his enemies were eager to arrest him, but they were afraid of the crowd; for they saw that it was at them that he had aimed the parable. So they let him alone, and went away.

And when Jesus saw that he answered discreetly, he said unto him, Thou art not far from the kingdom of God. And no man after that durst ask him any question.

but Jesus answer'd him, you see this magnificent structure, which shall not be left till it be all demolished, one stone after another.

It will be like a man who leaves his home and goes on a journey, after he has given orders to his slaves, to each his particular task, and has given orders to the watchman to keep watch.

And [while] he was at Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, [as] he was reclining for a meal, a woman came holding an alabaster flask of very costly perfumed oil of genuine nard. [After] breaking the alabaster flask, she poured [it] out on his head.

After this, Judas Iscariot, one of the Twelve, went to the Chief Priests, to betray Jesus to them.

After they had listened to him, they were delighted and promised to give him money. So he began to look for a good opportunity to betray him.

And on the first day of unleavened bread, when they killed the Passover, his disciples say to him, Where do thou want, after going, we should prepare that thou may eat the Passover?

And he sent two of his disciples, and said to them, Go into the town, and there will come to you a man with a vessel of water: go after him;

They began to be grieved and deeply distressed and to say to Him one by one, “Surely not I?”

And [while] they were eating, he took bread [and], [after] giving thanks, he broke [it] and gave [it] to them and said, "Take [it], this is my body."

And [after] taking the cup [and] giving thanks, he gave [it] to them, and they all drank from it.

And He went away again, and prayed, after the same manner.

after that he came a third time, and said to them, sleep on now and take your rest. 'tis done, the time is come, and the son of man is to be betrayed into the hands of sinners.

After coming, Judas immediately went to Him, saying, “Rabbi!” and kissed Him.

But Jesus interposed, and said to the men: "Have you come out, as if after a robber, with swords and clubs, to take me?

Day after day I used to be among you in the Temple teaching, and you never seized me. But this is happening in order that the Scriptures may be fulfilled.'

And a certain young man went after him, with only a linen cloth about his body; and they put their hands on him;

And Peter had come after him at a distance, even into the house of the high priest; and he was seated with the captains, warming himself in the light of the fire.

We have heard him affirm, I will destroy this temple made with hands, and after three days I will build another not made with hands.

Rending his garments the High Priest exclaimed, "What need have we of witnesses after that?

And he denied it again. And a little after, they that stood by said again to Peter, Surely thou art one of them: for thou art a Galilaean, and thy speech agreeth thereto.

And as soon as morning [came], [after] formulating a plan, the chief priests, with the elders and scribes and the whole Sanhedrin, tied up Jesus, led [him] away, and handed [him] over to Pilate.

And they put a purple cloak on him, and [after] weaving a crown of thorns they placed [it] on him.

After they had mocked Him, they took the purple robe off Him and put His own garments on Him. And they *led Him out to crucify Him.

after they had crucified him, they shared his garments, by casting lots for them: to determine what each of them should take.

And [after] purchasing a linen cloth [and] taking him down, he wrapped [him] in the linen cloth and placed him in a tomb that had been cut from the rock. And he rolled a stone over the entrance of the tomb.

When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome purchased [sweet-smelling] spices, so that they might go and anoint Him.

And very early in the morning on the first [day] of the week they came to the tomb [after] the sun had risen.

So they went out, and ran from the tomb, for they were trembling and amazed; and they said nothing to any one, for they were afraid??9 Now after his resurrection, early on the first day of the week he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, from whom he had driven out seven demons.

it seemed good also to me, having followed from the first after all things exactly, to write to thee in order, most noble Theophilus,

After seeing them, they reported the message they were told about this child,

And when, after eight days, the time came for his circumcision, he was named Jesus, the name which the angel had given to him before his birth.

And when the time of their purification, after the law of Moses, was come they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord:

And he came by the Spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him after the custom of the law,

And there was a prophetess, Anna the daughter of Phanuel of the tribe of Asher (she was advanced {in years}, having lived with [her] husband seven years {after her marriage},

After doing everything required by the Law of the Lord, Joseph and Mary returned to their hometown of Nazareth in Galilee.

And when he was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem after the custom of the feast.

And [after] the days were completed, while they were returning, the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem. And his parents did not know [it],

And in the belief that he was with some of their number, they went a day's journey; and after looking for him among their relations and friends,

John answered and said to them all, "I baptise you with water, but a stronger than I cometh after me, whose shoe latchet I am not worthy to unloose: he will baptise you with the holy ghost, and with fire,

Now after the baptism of all the people, and when Jesus had been baptized and was still praying, the heavens opened,
