There He found in the temple [ enclosure] those who were selling oxen and sheep and doves, and the money changers sitting there [also at their stands].
and having made a whip of small cords, he put all forth out of the temple, also the sheep, and the oxen; and of the money-changers he poured out the coins, and the tables he overthrew,
For also he had no need that any should testify concerning man: for he knew what was in man.
Jesus said to him, "Truly, truly, I tell you, a person cannot see the kingdom of God [i.e., enter it. Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.
For as the Father raiseth the dead and giveth them life, even so the Son also giveth life to whom he will.
For as the Father hath life in himself, even so gave he to the Son also to have life in himself:
And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.

Ye are of a father -- the devil, and the desires of your father ye will to do; he was a man-slayer from the beginning, and in the truth he hath not stood, because there is no truth in him; when one may speak the falsehood, of his own he speaketh, because he is a liar -- also his father.
In reply the Jews said to him, "Are we not right in saying that you are a Samaritan, and you also have a demon?"

You aren't greater than our father Abraham, who died, are you? The prophets also died. Who are you making yourself out to be?"
Then again the Pharisees also asked him how he had received his sight. He said unto them, He put clay upon mine eyes, and I washed, and do see.

And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

And not for that nation only, but that also he should gather together in one the children of God that were scattered abroad.
And also the chief priests and Pharisees had given a command, that if any know where he is, he should make known, that they might take him.

But the chief priests consulted that they might put Lazarus also to death;

Therefore they could not believe [they were unable to believe]. For Isaiah has also said,
Nevertheless among the chief rulers also many believed on him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confess him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue:
Then Jesus said loudly, "The one who believes in me does not believe in me only, but also in the one who sent me.

Thomas said unto him, "Lord we know not whither thou goest. Also how is it possible for us to know the way?"

Jesus replied to him, "Have I been with you men all this time, and [still] you do not know me, Philip? The person who has seen me, has [also] seen the Father. How can you say, 'Show us the Father'?
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.

See Luke 21:27], that you will reveal yourself to us apostles [only] and not to the [whole] world?"
Jesus answered, and said unto him, "If a man love me and will keep my sayings, my father also will love him, and we will come unto him, and will dwell with him.

Even as the Father hath loved me, I also have loved you: abide ye in my love.
