All the gold that was used for the work in all the work of the sanctuary, even the gold of the offering, was twenty-nine talents and seven hundred thirty shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

And the fat of a dead body, and the fat of a thing torn, may be used in any other use. But you shall in no way eat it.

Take it from them so that they may be used in doing the service of the tabernacle of the congregation. And you shall give them to the Levites, to every man according to his service.

Make two trumpets of silver for yourself. You shall make them of beaten work. And they shall be used for the calling of the assembly and for causing the camps to go forward.

And he caused his sons to pass through the fire in the valley of the son of Hinnom. He also practiced secret arts, and used fortune-telling, and used witchcraft, and dealt with mediums, and with soothsayers. He did much evil in the sight of Jehovah in order to provoke Him to anger.

The enemy shall not use force on him, nor the son of wickedness afflict him.

The tongue of the wise uses knowledge rightly, but the mouth of fools pours out foolishness.

He who has knowledge uses few words; a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit.

But those riches perish by evil use. And he brings forth a son, and nothing is in his hand.

The bricks have fallen down, but we will build with cut stones; the sycamores are cut down, but we use cedars instead.

a wild ass used to the wilderness; in the desire of her passion she snuffs at the wind; in her time who can turn her away? All those who seek her will not tire themselves; in her month they will find her.

Jehovah says, Behold, I am against the prophets who use their tongues and say, He says.

For you used deceit against your souls when you sent me to Jehovah your God, saying, Pray for us to Jehovah our God; and according to all that Jehovah our God shall say, so declare to us, and we will do it.

Go up into Gilead and take balm, O virgin, the daughter of Egypt. In vain shall you use many medicines, for you shall not be cured.

Therefore tell them, So says the Lord Jehovah: I will make this proverb to cease, and they shall no more use it as a proverb in Israel. But say to them, The days are at hand, and the fulfillment of every vision.

Behold, all who use proverbs shall use this proverb against you, saying, As the mother, so is her daughter.

What is it to you that you use this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying, The fathers have eaten sour grapes and the teeth of the sons are dull?

As I live, says the Lord Jehovah, to you there is no longer any occasion to use this proverb in Israel.

The people of the land have used oppression and practiced robbery, and they have troubled the poor and needy. Yea, they have oppressed the stranger without right.

And the upper chambers were shorter; for the galleries used up more space than the lower and middle ones in the building.

I have also spoken by the prophets, and I have multiplied visions and have used parables by the hand of the prophets.

But I say to you, Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who despitefully use you and persecute you,

bless those who curse you, and pray for those who despitefully use you.

And much time having been used up, and the voyage already being dangerous, because the Fast was now already past, Paul warned them,

But I have used none of these things, nor have I written these things that it should be done so to me; for it is good for me rather to die than that anyone nullify my glorying.

Then purposing this, did I indeed use lightness? Or the things that I purpose, do I purpose them according to the flesh, so that with me there should be yes, yes, and no, no?

Then since we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech.

For, brothers, you were called to liberty. Only do not use the liberty for an opening to the flesh, but by love serve one another.

For neither at any time did we use flattering words, as you know, nor with pretense of covetousness; God is witness.

But we know that the law is good if a man uses it lawfully,

Drink water no longer, but use a little wine for your stomach's sake, and for your frequent infirmities.

And let ours also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, so that they may not be unfruitful.

But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, even those who because of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

And through covetousness they will use you for gain with well-turned words; for whom judgment from of old does not linger, and their destruction does not sleep.
