And they were offended in him. But Jesus said to them, A prophet is not without honor, save in his own country, and in his own house.

And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, besides women and children.

And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear.

And when the men of that place had knowledge of him, they sent out into all the surrounding country, and brought to him all that were diseased;

And besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were restored to health.

Then came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees, who were of Jerusalem, saying,

Then came his disciples, and said to him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended after they heard this saying?

And great multitudes came to him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others, and cast them down at Jesus' feet; and he healed them:

And they all ate and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that were left seven baskets full.

And they that had eaten were four thousand men, besides women and children.

And as they were descending the mountain, Jesus charged them, saying, Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be raised again from the dead.

And they will kill him, and the third day he will be raised again: And they were exceedingly grieved.

So when his fellow-servants saw what was done, they were very sorry, and came and told to their lord all that was done.

And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the demon, and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid.

And they derided him: but when he had put them all out, he taketh the father and the mother of the damsel, and them that were with him, and entereth in where the damsel was lying.

And forthwith the damsel arose, and walked; for she was of the age of twelve years. And they were astonished with a great astonishment.

And when the sabbath was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given to him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands?

And he said to them, Come ye yourselves apart into a desert place, and rest a while: for there were many coming and going, and they had no leisure so much as to eat.

And Jesus, when he came out, saw many people, and was moved with compassion towards them, because they were as sheep not having a shepherd: and he began to teach them many things.

And they that ate of the loaves, were about five thousand men.

(For they all saw him, and were troubled.) And immediately he talked with them, and saith to them, Be of good cheer: It is I; be not afraid.

And he went up to them into the boat; and the wind ceased: and they were greatly amazed in themselves beyond measure, and wondered.

And ran through that whole region around, and began to carry about in beds those that were sick, where they heard he was.

And whithersoever he entered, into villages, or cities, or country, they laid the sick in the streets, and besought him that they might touch, if it were but the border of his garment: and as many as touched him, were healed.

And immediately his ears were opened, and the string of his tongue was loosed, and he spoke plain.

And were beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done all things well; he maketh both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak.

So they ate, and were satisfied: and they took up of the fragments that were left, seven baskets.

And they that had eaten were about four thousand: and he dismissed them.

And there appeared to them Elijah, with Moses: and they were talking with Jesus.
