Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the G5273s do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, G5273s! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.
