And it came to pass after these things, that God did H5254 Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, here I am.

And he cried unto the LORD; and the LORD shewed him a tree, which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet: there he made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there he H5254d them,

Then said the LORD unto Moses, Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a certain rate every day, that I may H5254 them, whether they will walk in my law, or no.

Wherefore the people did chide with Moses, and said, Give us water that we may drink. And Moses said unto them, Why chide ye with me? wherefore do ye H5254 the LORD?

And he called the name of the place Massah, and Meribah, because of the chiding of the children of Israel, and because they H5254ed the LORD, saying, Is the LORD among us, or not?

And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to H5254 you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.

Because all those men which have seen my glory, and my miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have H5254ed me now these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice;

Or hath God H5254ed to go and take him a nation from the midst of another nation, by H5254ations, by signs, and by wonders, and by war, and by a mighty hand, and by a stretched out arm, and by great terrors, according to all that the LORD your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

Ye shall not H5254 the LORD your God, as ye H5254ed him in Massah.

And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to H5254 thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.
