And ye became imitators of us and of the Lord, having received the word in much tribulation with joy of the Holy Spirit;
But, Timothy having just now come to us from you, and having brought us good tidings of your faith and love, and that ye have good remembrance of us at all times, longing to see us, as we also to see you??7 for this reason, brethren, we were comforted over you, in all our tribulation and distress, through your faith; because now we live, if ye stand fast in the Lord.
We ought to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because your faith is growing exceedingly, and the love of each one of you abounds toward one another; so that we ourselves glory in you in the assemblies of God, for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations which ye endure;

For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of glorying? Are not even ye, in the presence of our Lord Jesus at His coming?
