In all ways I showed you that so laboring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that he himself said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.
Hold the pattern of sound words, which thou heardest from me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus;
But for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me especially Christ Jesus might show forth all his longsuffering, as an example to those who should hereafter believe in him to life everlasting.
Brethren, be ye followers together of me, and mark those who walk as ye have us for an example.
I exhort you therefore, be ye imitators of me.
Follow my example, as I do that of Christ.
The things which ye learned, and received, and heard, and saw in me, these do; and the God of peace will be with you.
I would that all men were as I myself; but every one hath his own gift from God, one man this, and another that. I say also to the unmarried and the widows, it is good for them to remain as I am;
