And all the people saw him walking about, and praising God; and they were recognizing him, that this was he who was wont to sit for alms, at the Beautiful gate of the temple; and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened to him. And, as he was holding Peter and John, all the people ran together to them in the porch, which is called Solomon's, greatly astonished. And Peter, seeing it, spake to the people, "Men of Israel, why do ye wonder at this? Or why look ye so intently on us, as though by our own power or godliness we had made him to walk
