If a man should entice a virgin that is not betrothed and lie with her, he shall surely endow her and take her to be his wife. If her father utterly refuses to give her unto him, he shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins.
When a damsel that is a virgin is betrothed unto a husband and a man finds her in the city and lies with her, then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones, and they shall die; the damsel because she did not cry out, being in the city, and the man because he has humbled his neighbour's wife; so thou shalt put away evil from among you.
