Afflictions » The afflicted
"You shall not take advantage of any widow or fatherless child. If you take advantage of them at all, and they cry at all to me, I will surely hear their cry;

With the merciful you will show yourself merciful. With the perfect man you will show yourself perfect. With the pure you will show yourself pure. With the crooked you will show yourself shrewd. You will save the afflicted people, But your eyes are on the haughty, that you may bring them down.

All the days of the afflicted are wretched, but one who has a cheerful heart enjoys a continual feast.
Don't exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don't crush the needy in court; for Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them.

Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Judge the fatherless. Plead for the widow."
