Thou shall not take up a FALSE report. Do not put thy hand with the wicked man to be an unrighteous witness. Thou shall not follow a multitude to do evil, neither shall thou speak in a case to turn aside after a multitude to distort [justice],


He says to him, Which? And Jesus said, Thou shall not murder. Thou shall not commit adultery. Thou shall not steal. Thou shall not testify falsely.

And if a soul sins, in that he hears the voice of an oath, he being a witness, whether he has seen or known, if he does not testify, then he shall bear his iniquity.

Bring forth him who has cursed outside the camp, and let all who heard him lay their hands upon his head, and let all the congregation stone him.

Whoever kills any person, the murderer shall be slain at the mouth of witnesses, but one witness shall not testify against any person so that he dies.

But if he should not hear, take with thee one or two besides, so that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.

Any man who has disregarded the law of Moses dies without mercies from two or three witnesses.

Be not a witness against thy neighbor without cause, and deceive not with thy lips.



Keep thee far from a FALSE matter. And do not kill an innocent and righteous man, for I will not justify a wicked man.

At the mouth of two witnesses, or three witnesses, shall he who is to die be put to death. He shall not be put to death at the mouth of one witness. The hand of the witnesses shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterward the hand of all the people. So thou shall put away the evil from the midst of thee.

One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sins. At the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall a matter be established. If an unrighteous witness rises up against any man to testify against him of wrong-doing, then both the men, between whom the controversy is, shall stand before LORD, before the priests and the judges that shall be in those days, read more.
and the judges shall make diligent inquiry. And, behold, if the witness is a FALSE witness, and has testified falsely against his brother, then ye shall do to him, as he had thought to do to his brother. So shall thou put away the evil from the midst of thee. And those who remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil in the midst of thee. And thine eyes shall not pity: life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.

Owe no man anything except to love each other, for he who loves the other has fulfilled law. For this, Thou shall not commit adultery, Thou shall not murder, Thou shall not steal, Thou shall not testify falsely, Thou shall not covet, and if there be any other commandment it is summarized in this saying, in, Thou shall love

And men who were soldiers also questioned him, saying, And we, what should we do? And he said to them, Do violence to no man, nor accuse falsely, and be content with your wages.
