All the inhabitants of the isles were astonished at thee, and their kings shuddering, shuddered; the faces were moved. The merchants among the peoples hissed at thee; thou wert terrors; and thou not, even forever.

Thus said the Lord Jehovah to Tyre: Shall not islands shake from the voice of thy fall, in the cry of the wounded, in the slaying of the slain in the midst of thee? And all the princes of the sea shall come down from their thrones, and they removed their robes, and they shall put off the garments of their vanegations: they shall put on tremblings; they sat upon the earth and trembled at the moments, and were astonished at thee.
