Many shepherds, have laid waste my vineyard, They have trampled down my portion, - They have turned my coveted portion into a desert of desolation: It hath been made a desolation, It hath mourned unto me as desolate, - All the land hath become a desolation, For, no man, layeth it to heart. On all the bare heights in the wilderness, have come despoilers, For the sword of Yahweh hath devoured from one end of the land unto the other, - There is peace for no flesh!
