Thematic Bible: Fighting wild "beasts", of spiritual conflict
Thematic Bible
Games » Figurative » Fighting wild "beasts", of spiritual conflict
If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what is the gain to me, if the dead rise not? let us eat and drink; for tomorrow we die.
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
I therefore so run, not with uncertainty; so fight I, not as one that beats the air:
For I think that God has set forth us the apostles last, as appointed to death: for we are made a spectacle unto the world, and to angels, and to men.
