Leave Babylon,
flee from the Chaldeans!
Declare with a shout of joy,
proclaim this,
let it go out to the end of the earth;
announce,
“The Lord has redeemed His servant Jacob!”

For you are a holy people belonging to the Lord your God. The Lord your God has chosen you to be His own possession out of all the peoples on the face of the earth. "The Lord was devoted to you and chose you, not because you were more numerous than all peoples, for you were the fewest of all peoples. Now this is what the Lord says—
the One who created you, Jacob,
and the One who formed you, Israel
“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you;
I have called you by your name; you are Mine.

Praise the Lord, the God of Israel,
because He has visited
and provided redemption for His people.

I prayed to the Lord:Lord God, do not annihilate Your people, Your inheritance, whom You redeemed through Your greatness and brought out of Egypt with a strong hand.

He put on righteousness like a breastplate, and a helmet of salvation on His head; He put on garments of vengeance for clothing, and He wrapped Himself in zeal as in a cloak. read more.
Thus He will repay according to [their] deeds: fury to His enemies, retribution to His foes, and He will repay the coastlands. The Redeemer will come to Zion, and to those in Jacob who turn from transgression. [This is]*The bracketed text has been added for clarity. the Lord's declaration.

I will make known the Lord's faithful love [and] the Lord's praiseworthy acts, because of all the Lord has done for us- even the many good things [He has done] for the house of Israel and has done for them based on His compassions and the abundance of His faithful love. He redeemed them because of His love and compassion; He lifted them up and carried them all the days of the past.
