Abomination » The abomination that makes desolate
When, therefore, you see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in a holy place??et him that reads understand,??16 then let those in Judea flee to the mountains. Let not him that is on his house come down to take the things from his house; and let not him that is in the field return back to take his clothes;
And when you see the abomination of desolation standing where it ought not, let him that reads understand, then let those in Judea flee to the mountains; and let not him that is on the house go down into the house, nor enter to take any thing out of his house; and let not him that is in the field turn back to take his garment.

Let every soul be subject to the superior powers. For there is no power except from God, and the [powers] which exist have been ordained by God. So that he who resists the power resists the ordinance of God; and those who resist shall receive judgment on themselves. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Will you not fear the power? Do good, and you shall have praise from it; read more.
