These people are springs without water, mists driven by a whirlwind. The gloom of darkness has been reserved for them.
The storm clouds thundered;
Your arrows flashed back and forth.
when You marched from the fields of Edom,
the earth trembled,
the heavens poured
and the clouds poured water.
those wonderful works of Him who has perfect knowledge?
yet the clouds do not burst beneath their weight.
If the clouds are full, they will pour out rain on the earth; whether a tree falls to the south or the north, the place where the tree falls, there it will lie. One who watches the wind will not sow, and the one who looks at the clouds will not reap.

I applied my mind to seek and explore through wisdom all that is done under heaven. God has given people this miserable task to keep them occupied. So God made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the water above the expanse. And it was so.
