The topaz of Ethiopia shall not equal it, nor shall it be valued with pure gold. Where then does wisdom come from? And where is the place of understanding? Since it is hid from the eyes of all living, and kept closed from the birds of the heavens. Destruction and Death say, We have heard a rumor of it with our ears. God understands the way of it, and he knows the place of it. For he looks to the ends of the earth, and sees under the whole heaven, to make a weight for the wind. Yea, he distributes the waters by measure. When he made a decree for the rain, and a way for the lightning of the thunder, then he saw it, and declared it. He established it, yea, and searched it out. And to man he said, Behold, the fear of LORD, that is wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding.

Happy is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gets understanding. For the gain of it is better than the gain of silver, and the profit of it than fine gold. She is more precious than rubies, and none of the things thou can desire are to be compared to her. read more.
Length of days is in her right hand, in her left hand are riches and honor. Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace. She is a tree of life to those who lay hold upon her.
