Favoritism » The lord not respecting persons (not showing favoritism)
And masters, treat your slaves the same way, without threatening them, because you know that both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no favoritism with Him.
They sent their disciples to Him, with the Herodians. “Teacher,” they said, “we know that You are truthful and teach truthfully the way of God. You defer to no one, for You don’t show partiality.
For the Lord your God is the God of gods and Lord of lords, the great, mighty, and awesome God, showing no partiality and taking no bribe.
Indeed, it is true that God does not act wickedly and the Almighty does not pervert justice. Who gave Him authority over the earth? Who put Him in charge of the entire world? If He put His mind to it and withdrew the spirit and breath He [gave], read more.
every living thing would perish together and mankind would return to the dust. If you [have] understanding, hear this; listen to what I have to say. Could one who hates justice govern [the world]? Will you condemn the mighty Righteous One, who says to a king, "Worthless man!" and to nobles, "Wicked men!"? God is not partial to princes and does not favor the rich over the poor, for they are all the work of His hands. They die suddenly in the middle of the night; people shudder, then pass away. Even the mighty are removed without effort.

They questioned Him, “Teacher, we know that You speak and teach correctly, and You don’t show partiality, but teach truthfully the way of God.
Then Peter began to speak: “Now I really understand that God doesn’t show favoritism,
There is no favoritism with God.
knowing that you will receive the reward of an inheritance from the Lord-you serve the Lord Christ. For the wrongdoer will be paid back for whatever wrong he has done, and there is no favoritism.
but, as the One who called you is holy, you also are to be holy in all your conduct; for it is written, Be holy, because I am holy. And if you address as Father the One who judges impartially based on each one's work, you are to conduct yourselves in reverence during this time of temporary residence.

Then Job stood up, tore his robe and shaved his head. He fell to the ground and worshiped, saying: Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked I will leave this life. The Lord gives, and the Lord takes away. Praise the name of the Lord.
He humbles and He exalts.

You may say to yourself, 'My power and my own ability have gained this wealth for me,' but remember that the Lord your God gives you the power to gain wealth, in order to confirm His covenant He swore to your fathers, as it is today.
