But the helper, the Holy Spirit that the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I said to you. Peace I leave with you. But the hired man, and not being the shepherd, whose sheep are not his own, sees the wolf coming, and leaves the sheep and flees. And the wolf catches them, and scatters the sheep. But the hireling flees because he is a hireling, and it is no care to him about the sheep. I am the good shepherd, and I know mine, and I am known by mine, just as the Father knows me, I also know the Father. And I lay down my life for the sheep. And I have other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring those also, and they will hear my voice. And there will become one flock, one shepherd.
