One of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, said to him, "There is a boy here who has five barley loaves and two fish, but what are these among so many?"

These, therefore, came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida of Galilee, and asked him, saying, "Sir, we want to see Jesus." Philip came and told Andrew, and in turn, Andrew came with Philip, and they told Jesus.


Now there were certain Greeks among those that went up to worship at the feast. These, therefore, came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida of Galilee, and asked him, saying, "Sir, we want to see Jesus." Philip came and told Andrew, and in turn, Andrew came with Philip, and they told Jesus.


Now Philip was from Bethsaida, of the city of Andrew and Peter.

He first found his own brother, Simon, and said to him, "We have found the Messiah." (which is translated, Christ). He brought him to Jesus. Jesus looked at him, and said, "You are Simon the son of John. You shall be called Cephas" (which is translated, Peter).


These, therefore, came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida of Galilee, and asked him, saying, "Sir, we want to see Jesus."

and they found him, and told him, "Everyone is looking for you."

When it was day, he departed and went into an uninhabited place, and the crowds looked for him, and came to him, and held on to him, so that he would not go away from them.

He was trying to see who Jesus was, and could not because of the crowd, because he was short.

When the crowd therefore saw that Jesus was not there, nor his disciples, they themselves got into the boats, and came to Capernaum, seeking Jesus.

These, therefore, came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida of Galilee, and asked him, saying, "Sir, we want to see Jesus."

The crowds said, "This is the prophet Jesus, from Nazareth of Galilee."

They set apart Kedesh in Galilee in the hill country of Naphtali, Shechem in the hill country of Ephraim, and Kiriath Arba (that is, Hebron) in the hill country of Judah.

Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee, and news about him spread through all the surrounding area.

But when Pilate heard it, he asked if the man was a Galilean.

Others said, "This is the Messiah." But some said, "What, does the Messiah come out of Galilee?

And Jesus answered them, "The time has come for the Son of Man to be glorified.

On the next day, he was determined to go out into Galilee, and he found Philip. And Jesus said to him, "Follow me."

These, therefore, came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida of Galilee, and asked him, saying, "Sir, we want to see Jesus."

Jesus therefore lifting up his eyes, and seeing that a great crowd was coming to him, said to Philip, "Where are we to buy bread, that these may eat?"

Philip said to him, "Lord, show us the Father, and that will be enough for us."


These, therefore, came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida of Galilee, and asked him, saying, "Sir, we want to see Jesus." Philip came and told Andrew, and in turn, Andrew came with Philip, and they told Jesus.

Philip found Nathanael, and said to him, "We have found him of whom Moses in the Law and the Prophets wrote: Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph."

With my whole heart, I have sought you. Do not let me wander from your commandments.

Then I proclaimed a fast there, at the river Ahava, that we might humble ourselves before our God, to seek of him a straight way for us, and for our little ones, and for all our substance.


These, therefore, came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida of Galilee, and asked him, saying, "Sir, we want to see Jesus."

After them, out of all the tribes of Israel, such as set their hearts to seek the LORD, the God of Israel, came to Jerusalem to sacrifice to the LORD, the God of their fathers.


He set himself to seek God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the vision of God: and as long as he sought the LORD, God made him to prosper.

For he said to Judah, "Let us build these cities, and make walls around them, with towers, gates, and bars. The land is yet before us, because we have sought the LORD our God; we have sought him, and he has given us rest on every side." So they built and prospered.

but sought to the God of his father, and walked in his commandments, and not after the doings of Israel.

This is the generation of those who seek Him, who seek your face?even Jacob. Selah.
