Those that are planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God.

He that trusts in his riches shall fall, but the righteous shall flourish as a branch.

His branches shall spread, and his glory shall be as the olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon.

But now I go unto him that sent me, and none of you asks me, Where goest thou? But because I have said these things unto you, sorrow has filled your heart. Nevertheless I tell you the truth: It is expedient for you that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. read more.

But thou, Israel, my slave, Jacob whom I have chosen, art the seed of Abraham my friend. Therefore it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment than for you. And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted unto the heavens, shalt be thrust down to Hades. He that hears you hears me, and he that despises you despises me, and he that despises me despises him that sent me.

Know, therefore, that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, who keeps covenant and mercy with those that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations and repays him that hates him to his face, to destroy him; he will not be slack to him that hates him; he will repay him to his face.

For the LORD shall judge his people and repent himself for his slaves when he sees that their power is gone, and there is none shut up or left. And he shall say, Where are their gods, their strong one in whom they trusted, who ate the fat of their sacrifices and drank the wine of their drink offerings? Let them rise up and help you, and be your protection. read more.
See now that I, I am he, and there are no gods with me; I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal; and there is not one that can deliver out of my hand. Behold, God will not cast away a perfect man; neither will he help the evil doers. He will yet fill thy mouth with laughing and thy lips with shouts of joy. Those that hate thee shall be clothed with shame, and the dwelling place of the wicked shall come to nought.

For the king trusts in the LORD, and through the mercy of the most High he shall not be moved. Thine hand shall find out all thine enemies; thy right hand shall find out those that hate thee. But he that searches the hearts knows what is the desire of the Spirit, that according to the will of God, he makes entreaty for the saints. And we now know that unto those who love God, all things help them unto good, to those who according to the purpose are called to be saints.

But as it is written, That which eye has not seen nor ear heard neither has entered into the heart of man is that which God has prepared for those that love him. But God has revealed this unto us by his Spirit, for the Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.

The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew, hanging him on a tree. God has exalted him with his right hand as Prince and Saviour, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins. And we are his witnesses of these things, and so is also the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those that persuade him.

And now, behold, I go bound of the Spirit unto Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall befall me there, except that the Holy Spirit witnesses in every city, saying that prisons and tribulations await me.
