do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers,
For this cause, I bow my knees before the Father,
always in every request of mine on behalf of you all making my requests with joy,
We give thanks to God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you,

No one has seen God at any time. The only God, who is at the Father's side, has made him known.
But we see him who has been made a little lower than the angels, Jesus, because of the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that by the grace of God he should taste of death for everyone. But when they believed Philip proclaiming good news concerning the Kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.

How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a proclaimer? And how will they proclaim unless they are sent? As it is written: "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news of good things."
So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

For the Father has affection for the Son, and shows him all things that he himself does. He will show him greater works than these, that you may marvel.
