And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee. And the mother of Jesus was there. And Jesus and His disciples were both invited to the marriage. And when they lacked wine, the mother of Jesus said to Him, They have no wine. read more.
Jesus said to her, Woman, what do I have to do with you? My hour has not yet come. His mother said to the servants, Whatever He says to you, do it. And there were six stone waterpots there, according to the purification of the Jews, each containing two or three measures. Jesus said to them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim. And He said to them, Now draw out and carry it to the master of the feast. And they carried it. When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water which was made wine (and did not know where it was from, but the servants who drew the water knew), the master of the feast called the bridegroom. And he said to him, Every man at the beginning sets forth good wine, and when men have drunk well, then that which is worse. You have kept the good wine until now. This beginning of miracles Jesus did in Cana of Galilee. And it revealed His glory. And His disciples believed on Him.




Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on a rock.

And the disciples went and did as Jesus commanded them.

And the disciples did as Jesus had appointed them. And they made the passover ready.

And answering, Simon said to Him, Master, we have toiled all the night and have taken nothing. Yet at Your word I will let down the net.

Whoever comes to Me and hears My Words, and does them, I will show you to whom he is like.

Jesus said to them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.

As soon as she heard, she arose quickly and came to him.


And He said to them, Cast the net on the right side of the boat and you will find. Therefore they cast, and now they no longer had the strength to draw, from the multitude of fish.

I beg you, try your servants ten days. And let them give us vegetables to eat and water to drink.

But God cut open a hollow place and water came out there. And he drank, and his spirit came again, and he revived. Therefore, its name is called Fountain of the Praying One, which is in Lehi to this day.

Behold, I will stand before you there upon the rock in Horeb. And you shall smite the rock, and there shall come water out of it, so that the people may drink. And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel.

So he went back with him and ate bread in his house, and drank water.
